Friday, October 31. EVENING SITTING. After a brief reply from Mr. Hall, the Qualification of Electors Bill was read a second time on the voices. The Registration of Electors, Regulation of Elections, Corrupt Practices Prevention, Elections Petitions, and Triennial Parliaments Bills were also read a second time, with very little discussion. The House rose at 12.40.
