The “ Nelson Examiner,” ot Nov. 23 has a long and able article on the loose, careless, and illegal manner in which the Court of Requests Bill was framed and passed the Legislative Council. We are sorry that our space will not admit of giving the article in full, but we cannot refrain from publishing the latter part, as it fully bears out oar opinion that the weavering system of Captain Fitz Roy places us in a very unpleasant situation, and little faith can be put in his measures or proclamations.
