TO OUR SUBSCRIBERS AND THE PUBLIC Should any irregularity or mistake occur in future in the non-delivery of the " Chronicle " we shall feel obliged to our Subscribers, by imroc* dtately forwarding notice of the same to this office, when the evil shall be promptly remedied and we hereby caution non-subscribers from taking or purchasing, under any circumstauces whatever papers from the mn tiers, NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS. THE number of insertions of Advertisements must be written on the Manuscript Orders or they will be contimi d and cbaiged foi until countermanded. No verbal communication re» pecting the insertion; withdrawal r alteration or Advertisements will be mended 10 Advertisements—Two shillings and sixpence for the first Inch of space, and one Shilling for every succeeding inch. This plan will prevent any misunderstanding as to lines ; and the Adver* tiser may bave any amount of Display he please* at a fixed rate o: charge.
