D., Roderick M'Kenzie, of Auckland, Gentlemen, and William Brown, of Auckland, Esq., M. C. the Execute sin the said Will and Testament named. —AH persons indebted to the Estate are hereby required to pay their respective accounts to the said Executors forthwith; and all persons having accounts against the said Estate, are requested to send in the same for approval and settlement.
