COUNTY COURT,

Tuesday September, 17th 1844, This morning the Court opened at ten o’clock for the trial of criminals.

On the Jurors taking their seats his Honour the County Jud ge, F. Whitaker, Esq., addressed them at length; stating that there was no cases for trial either criminal or civil aud the Jurors were diss charged, his Honour at the same time stating that the County Court would cease at the end of the present month, therefore their services would sot be required again.
