NEW ZEALAND BANKING COMPANY, is hereby given, that the Half-Yearly General Meeting of the Proprietors will be held at their Office in Auckland, on Wednesday, 31st inst., at 12 o’Clock, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors for the HalfYear ending on the 30th June, and declaring a Dividend; also to elect four Directors in the room of Felton Mathew, W. S. Grahame, J, I. Montefiore, and W. F. Porter, Esqs., who retire in conformity with the terms of the Deed of Settlement. Proprietors intending to become Candidates tor the office of Director, must give at least fourteen days notice in writing before the day of Election, by leaving the same at the Office of the Company in Auckland.
