No verbal communication re® specting the insertion, withdrawal, or alteration of Advertisements will be attended to Advertisements— Three shillings for the first sir lines, and three pence for each line additional. Al| insertions, after the second, will only be half price* Tbrms. —Twelve shillings per quarter ; if pai4 v in advance ten shilling's per quarter.
