AND William Parker, of the ) North Shore, near Auck- > Defendant, land, Brickmaker. y WHEREAS in an Action brought in this Honourable Court by the above named Thomas Lawson, against the above named William Parker, upon an account settled between them, the said Thomas Lawson ‘obtained a verdict at the Civil Sittings of the said Court on the 7th day of March last, whereupon judgment hath been entered up for the sum of £27 9s. 3d. Notice is hereby given, that application will be made to the said Court at ten o’clock in the forenoon, on Friday, the 28th day of . June, iust., that the piece or parcel of Ground hereinafter described and set forth, may be sold in order to satisfy the said judg ment ; videlicet, all that Allotment of Land, being Allotment No. 64, in the County of Eden, and Parish of Takapuna, hounded ou the south and west by a road 100 links wide, 820 links, 882 and 140 links, by a road 75 links wide, 362 links, and by the Waiemata, on thNorth by the Allotment 65, 1695 links, and ou the east by the Allotment 63, 1355 links, containing 20 acres, 3 roods, and 22 peiches. Parker, Brickmaker, now residing ai the North Shore, an Allotment of Land, being Allotment No. 64, in the County ol Eden, in the Parish of Takepuna, for which he got a Conveyance, and now holds the Government Grant. CAPPER & GOLE, in 1838, OLONISTS visiting England, will find at these Rooms, files of Newspapers liom each of the settlements in Australasia and India, also a variety cf Books, Parliamentary Reports, Maps; &c, relating thereto, and Daily, Weekly, and Pros vincial Newspapers. Occasional Evening Pdgetings are held for the purpose of conversing on Emigration and Colonial affairs. The Rooms are also supplied with writing matefials for the convenience of subscribers, who can have their letters taken charge of, and forwarded according to instructions. This is of great importance to Colonists arriving in England, who may not have determined upon their precise movements. Subscription.. One Pound per Annum. Agency in England. Messrs. CAPPER and GOLE will undertake the sale of Landed Property, Wool, or any other consignments, wiih wb'icn they may be favoured; purchase and ship with promptitude any description of Goods that mav be required; also select servants for Colonists, and arrange the passage of parties proceeding to the vatious Colo= uies with economy, and a due regard to comfort.
