Should any irregularity or mistake occur in future in the non-delivery of the “ Chronicle,” we shall feel obliged to our Subscribers, by iuimes diately for wardiug notice of the same to this offide, when the evil shall be promptly remedieds and we hereby oaution non-subscribers from taking or purchasing, under any circumstances whatever papers from .the umners, February 7, 1814.
