Dissolution of Partnership, NOTICE is hereby'given that the Partnership hitherto existing between DAVID NATHAN and ISRAEL JOSEPH, as General Merchants, Auctioneer* auti Commission Agents, at Auckland, Wellington and Nelson, is this day dissolved by mutual consent All parties indebted to the late Firm at Auckland are requested to pay the same immediately to Mr. D. Nathan, who is hereby aathorized to give a sufficient dischage for the same. All parties indebted to the late firm at Wellington or Nelson are requested to pay the same immediately to Mr. Israel Joseph, who is hereby authorized to give a «uffioient|discbarge for the same j and all acooiints owing by the late Firm, will be liquidated by Mr. D.
