Number of Houses in the Unitkd Kingdom. —By a parliamentary return juat issued, tbe number of inhabited h >nses in England is staled to be 2,753,295; tbe number uninhabited, 162,725; and the number building, 25.882. Iu Wales, the number inhabited ia J 18,196; uninhabited. 1-JSJ; building, 1.769.
