Whitaker, Esq., and having the advantages of abutting upon the Bridle Road leading to Judge’s Bay and the Estates of His Honor the Chief Justice and the Attorney General ; they are only one minute’s walk from Mechanic’s Bay, but much more advantageously situated, commsnding a delightful view of the Harbour and the Town.
