In addition to a well selected stock of Medicines which he imported from Eogland, he has purchased the entire Stock of Drugs, Stationary, &c, frem Dr. O'NEILL, all of which he is Enabled to dispose of at prices unusually low in this Colony. Simmonds will receive Consignments of any description of Merchandise, to be sold on com. mission, and upon receipt of the bills of lading, will bills drawn upon him at three months for two thirds of the amount. Consignments entrusted to his care will meet with every possible despatch in their disposal, and sales be conducted with the greatest attention to- the interests of the consigner. An extensive knowledge of General Agency busi. ness, acquired during a long residence in the West Indies, and sebsequent extensive course of business with all the British Colonies; the experience of several years residence in Lordon as a Colonial Agent, coupled with promptitude, attention, and judgment, will he trusts enable him to give satisfaction to those who may favor him with their commands.
