The Auctioneer Will merely add the Description of this Property, and leave to a discerning Public to judge of the propriety of becoming the purchaser of such eligible property* they will know that in a very short time such property as is now described will be invaluable. The Dimensions of the allotment are 50 feet fronting 1 Elizabeth Street, with a depth of 146 feet, the whole of which is substantially fenced in, the ground laid out iu a Garden and is in a high state of cultivation.
