Street, on TO-MORROW, Thursday, the 24tb August 1843, at 12 o'clock, & WMMM <& ~©lE.®..¥M© Situated on the Hill beyond Mechanics Bay* commanding one of the most extensive and pretty views to be seen in the vicinity of Auckland, in fact, the whole of and approach to Auckland* both seaward and from the country* can be seen from the Parlour Windows of the House. The Auctioneer Will merely add the Description of this Property, and leave to a discerning Public to judge of the propriety of becoming the purchaser of such eligible property* they will know that in a very short time such property as is now described will be invaluable. The Dimensions of the allotment are 50 feet fronting 1 Elizabeth Street, with a depth of 146 feet, the whole of which is substantially fenced in, the ground laid out iu a Garden and is in a high state of cultivation.
