The Alley is 80 feet long ; the Bowling Floor being raised six inches, and four feet wide; and the Bowling Floor and Balls are constructed with mathematical accuracy ; the builders, Messrs. Low and Motion, having exercised great skill and care in every department, under the directions and superintendence of Mr. Henry MeFarlane. The Game of Ten Pin is peculiarly adapted for healthful exercise and iuno cent recreation during the inclement season of Winter, as it cau be enjoyed in all weathers.
