A GREAT BARGAIN! For Sale, A LAND CLAIM for Two hundred and thirty Acres, adjoining Coromandel Harbour, for which Goods have been paid to the amount of Ninet y Pounds. Date of the purchase, Oct. 1839. Also, A three-roomed House, with brick chimney, on an Allotment of Ground, 20 feet by 65, situated behind the “Blue Bell” in Auckland, and a Schooner Boat, carrying five Tons.
