Poneke Messrs. Bethune & Hunter had a letter the other day from Guthrie, Castle Point. The natives are very anxious to know, and are constantly enquiring when the Queen's Commassioner is likely to visit that district. The schooner "Wave", (from Mr. Taine's), sails to-day or to-morrow. If Mr. McLean forwarded a line to the said gentlemen, at the East Coast, expressing his sentlments, it would, no doubt, prove very acceptable. (Signed) K.B. Wednesday.
