The holder of this bush License is bound to carry Passengers and Cattle across, if so desired on the above terms. But passengers may make any other arrangement they please with the Ferryman, or any other person, for the transport of themselves or their flocks and herds, the above scale applying only to sheep and cattle actually towed by or carried in the boat.
