London Feb. 19 -75 My dear McLean I received with much pleasure your two telegrams and heartily congratulate you on the result - Peace with the king means a great future for the north island and therefore for New Zealand. I sent copies of the telegram to the London papers and so far only one has done more than publish them. I enclose you a leader from the Standard - I was in hopes of getting one from the Times.
