My dear Maclean, I am going to take Mrs. Russell over to Sydney for change of air so that I shall not be here to attend to my Provincial duties unless the session is late this year and you may consider it necessary to have all your supporters about you the best thing will be to issue a new writ for Waipukurau at once so that the vacancy may be filled up in time.
