Commissioners written at my request this also shd. be laid before the House please to ''recommend'' to the Government that it and the two circulars you sent to me this morning shd be laid before the House, I shall lay none of the papers on the table today (except those asked for if they shd be ready) we may get them more complete by Monday and I find I must have a copy (a printed one will do) of any papers I wish to lay on the House wh is necessary before I can order them to be printed so I can do nothing today about the ''Reports'' that are in type.
