I suppose the first batch of Prisoners is located at the Chatham Islands by this time and the second soon likely to be. Haultain seems to have some work at Tauranga as I judge from the Auckland papers. If he were here I should try to run up to see Smith as I do not like to interfere with his progress in the N.L.
