Napier May 11 1871. Sir, I have taken the liberty of sending you three late issuea of "The Herald" containing two leading articles upon native affairs, and a letter from the natives to the Editor of the "Wairarapa Mercury". I send also the last "Waka Maori". I think you will read them with interest. I am now preparing another issue of "Te Waka".
