Auckland Feb. 12, 1863 Dear Sir, The papers relating to Northwoods Homestead which you requested me to forward for Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette, have been sent on to Mr. Bell who objects to have the Land Proclaimed until a more precise description of boundaries are furnished - If you will let me have a better description of the land, with a tracing in illustration it shall be attended to at once.
