16 April 1867 Glenorchy My dear Donald Mr Brandon yesterday spoak to me and told me I would have to pay up tommorrow if possible. I told him I would try and do so as I cannot make anything out of on with the cattle at preasant to meet the demand it has placed me in a sad state and I do not know on earth how to act. I am sending the cart down tommorrow with the pigs which will bring about £25 of the amount.
