think; desirable or fitting. I must say I foresaw somewhat of what has occurred when you first instructed me to assist the Superintendent. I have now arrived at the conclusion that it is next to impossible to please all parties. In reference to the last complaint made here that I have had some personal interest in private land dealings, I am quite able to and desirous of answering it. At any rate I should be grateful if you will let me explain matters first to yourself and then if necessary have an enquiry.
