My dear Mr. McLean The bearer of this Henini is anxious to become a loyal subject of Her Majesty I have told him that to show that he is in earnest he must sign a document similar to the one Wi Tako signed. He says he prefers doing so here I don't know. But I dare say after you have talked to him you will be able to make him do what you like.
