The Inspector will be further required to transmit to the Sub-Treasurer, three days previous to the termination of each quarter, an accout Current, containing a detailed statement of all the sums he may have received, and paid, within the quarter, on account of the services of his Department, and the balance which he may have on hand, to be deducted from the amount of his next weekly Estimate.
