I should write and which I pass on accordingly. The matter is undoubtedly one which should be settled as soon as possible and my feeling is that the parties concerned should be allowed to have it settled according to their own fancy. The total amount of reserves and their boundaries being now decided, it matters very little how they are subdivided, or under what or any limitations. The main thing is for the Govt. to get rid of it, and let them fight it out among themselves for the future.
