Sir, We have to-day received a letter from Mr. Lyon informing us that your orders for £31--3--8, - £7--15--3 - and 19/4 are unpaid, in consequence of your not having forwarded the vouchers to the Audit Office; and that they cannot be paid until they are forwarded.
