Left Napier for the Mahia, for the purpose of concluding the purchases made by Mr. McLean, at the Mahia, Nuhaka, Wairoa, and Waihua; also to purchase fresh country, as opportunity offered. For particulars of Mr. McLean's trip, see Mr. Grindell's Journal.
