I think him a good man and one of the old stamps that cannot be replaced. Please to gave him the hint as with him what you say is law and will be adhered to by him. When you are down will you please to see Cotterel or Wilson and sign the deeds for the two sections as I have not done anything with them as yet. I might leace them if I once had the title. I do not want to do anything with them till then and it is no use in letting them lay idle. I hope you will be up next week and spend a few days longer as it is good for you and cheers me vastley.
