My dear Archy I have been thinking over what you said to me about money due to you in America and I think it would be well worth your while to make some effort to recover it. What I would recommend would be that you should go with the Captain of some whaler from the North. The vessels generally are from the Bay of Islands and Mangonui. I believe you could get home at a very small cost and I would help you in doing so. The change would do you good.
