New Zealand Railways. In this return of the cost of construction, net revenue, &c., for the ten years ending the 31st March, 1893, the cost of construction is as supplied by the Public Works Department; the net revenue is as supplied by the Working Railways Department; the estimated interest of 4¾ per cent. on cost of construction is given by the Hon. J. G. Ward, Colonial Treasurer.
