OFFICIALS OF INSTITUTE (By Telegraph.—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Monday The annual conference of the Railway Officers’ Institute concluded or Saturday. Officers elected were President, Mr J. S. H. Orr (Invercargill); North Island vice-president Mr M. J. Forde (Wellington); South Island, Mr S. F. Clarke (Dunedin) general treasurer, Mr G. R. Wilsor (Wellington); executive committee (all resident in Wellington), Messrs Abrahall, Lynch, Nash, Russel (traffic branch), Renai (Stores). Elli(locomotive running). Sullivar (workshops technical). Stead (maintenance): auditors, Messrs A. F. Taylor and B. Tangney.
