GncviM.K & Co.’s (Reuter’s Agent*) Express. AUCKLAND DISTRICT COURT. ANOTHER FATAL ACCIDENT. Auckland, 9 p.m. The Rev. T. Booker, of Maungaturuto, formerly of Newton, lias been killed by a, tree falling upon him, which he and his son were felling. At the District Court to-day, Mclsaac’s Extended, Littie and Good, Golden Block, Shooting Star, Lord Raglan, Golden Turret, and Star of Fermanagh had their schedules confirmed. The case of the Proof Positive was partly heard, and adjourned after some discussion. The City of London was withdrawn.
