A radio message from King Island, at the western entrance ito Bass Strait, reports that a quantity of wreckage came ashore, apparently from a vessel burned, supposed to be the barqucntine Southern Cross, en route to Hobart, whose deck cargo included a ifhousand cases of benzine.
