ROSEBUD COMPETITION
At a general meeting of the members and supporters of the Women's Working Club held night, it was decided that nominations for the Rosebud Competition close- definitely on Wednesday, 20th inst.
Three organising secretaries were appointed and a strong committee was elected to assist the organisers.
In addition to the seven nominations already in hand, namely, one from Rangataua, Mataroa, Tiriaukawa. Pukeokahu, and three from Taihape, it is
epected that nominations vvil! be received from Taoroa, Ohutu, Rangiwaea, Native. Hihitahi, and Pav.rangarere, Torere, Box Co. Utiku, and Oruamatua, and others that may be disposed to help the comforts fund along. Nominations are to be addressed to box 53, Post Office, or ring telephone 197 or 199.
It is not intended to unduly prolong the competition, which will close probably on Saturday, 27th January.
