FLOODS SWEEP GREAT AREAS IN INDIA PROVINCES VILLAGE WASHED SEAWARD DELHI, Friday. Heavy floods which came from tho Baluchistan frontier have caused a grave situation in the district of Upper Sind. The town of Khanpur has been engulfed, and the inhabitants hava been evacuated to Karachi by relief trains. The towns of Shikarpur and Larkana are menaced. Great floods are sweeping across the country from the frontier. Karachi was inundated and completely isolated for 24 hours. The entire village of Ghizri was washed seawards.
