WHEAT TARIFFS
PRAGUE, Saturday. Dr. Hozda, president of the International Agrarian Bureau, urges united action by all agrarians against American, Canadian, and Argentine wheat production. He says he will shortly summon the agrarian leaders who met at Geneva and attempt to persuade them to agree to united action against the New World with the establishment in Europe of uniform tariffs against Canada, America, and the Argentine, to be valid for five years, Russia not to be included.
