Quotations are: 65’s, 2s 7d a lb: 60’s, 2s sd: 56’s, 2s 03d; 50 s, Is 9d; 46 s, Is 6d; 40’s, Is s}d. BUTTER AND CHEESE The Auckland agents of Andrew Clement and Sons, Limited, London, have received the following advice by cablegram:—Butter and cheese markets depressed. Butter, 156 s to 158 s; cheese, 85s to 87s. The London house of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, cabled on January 1 as follows: Choicest salted New Zealand butter, 161 s and 1625; New Zealand white cheese. 87s and 88s; New Zealand coloured cheese, 85s. Markets quiet.
