Modern piracy is the motif of Allan Dwan’s latest sc‘reen effort for Fox Films. “The Far Call.” In this exciting pichxre. now at the Grand and Lyric Theatros. is a. vivid portrayal of an outlaw gang and its raid on the valuable fur—seal rookeries of the Pribilof Islands ip Behring Sea.
The film contains enough riot and fighting to satisfy the most bloodthirsty fan. In addition. there is an engaging romance, an unusual psychological crisis and an abundant comedy. making the production exceptional in its entertainment qualities. Charles I\lorton. Leila Hyums, Ulrich I-L'tupt and Stanley J. Sandford have the chief roles.
At the Grand Theatre a second attraction will be provided in "The Third Eye." a. tale and detectives and television, starring Dorothy Seacombe and John Hamilton.
