NEW TRAM FARES
TRIAL IN CHRISTCHURCH Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. An entirely new scliedule of tram fares adopted by the Christchurch Tramway Board yesterday will come into operation on August 19. The principal changes are lower concession charges, each concession card being available for use by four persons on one trip; increased cash fares; new unrestricted trip tickets, and a special city penny section.
