HUGE INCREASE
PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE’S YEAR BUSINESS INVOLVES MILLIONS Press Association WELLINGTON, Friday. Sir Joseph Ward grave a lengthy statement today covering the operations of the Public Trust office for the year ended March 31. Business transacted exceeded all previous records, the increase being over £. 4,000,000 iri net value of estates. This was the first time it had exceeded that figure. Tho increase was accounted for by the great volume of new business, estates representing a total value of £7.091,000 having been accepted for administration, the largest volume of new business ever written on the books.
