Patsy is ignored and overlooked by her mother and elder sister, while hei father, who is her only champion, suffers the torments of a nagging and stupidly grasping wife. So the household splits into two factions, with the mother and the elder catty daughter on one side, and the little heroine and her father on the other. Patsy proceeds to improve her mind and capture the man she loves’. Then the fun begins, and an evening of delicious humour from clever situations follows. Irene Homer is the piquant little star, and her supporters are excellently cast.
