TRIP DOWN GULF
EXCURSIONISTS ON S.S. RANGITOTO Lured from the city yesterday by brilliant sunshine, over 500 excursionists were carried on the Northern Steamship Company’s ship Rangitoto when she made a trip to Kawau. Travelling conditions were excellent, and the passengers were entertained bv the music of a first class orchestra. X stay of four hours was made at the island, the Rangitoto arriving back in Auckland at 7.30 in the evening.
