“POWDER MY BACK” An amusing comedy-drama of stage life, “Powder My Back,” will be shown at the Lyric Theatre again this evening. with Irene Rich in the leading role. The story deals with a youth s infatuation lor a musical comedy actress. who employs a variety of novel methods to restore him to his fiancee. In the meantime she has incurred the displeasure of his father, who uses his influence to have the show in which she is performing closed down. She seeks to compromise him, but eventually succeeds in winning him over by otlier and unexpected means. Audrey Perris. Carrol Nye and Anders Randolf appear in the supporting cast. ' The Skyrocket,” the second attraction is a romantic drama centring around the life of movie stars at Hollywood. Peggy Hopkins Joyce appears in the leading role.
