In the shops, over the counter, sirloin is bringing 10d a lb; rump steak, 1s 2d; prime rib, 7d; corned round, 8d; tripe and dripping, 7d; gravy beef, 6d; neck and breast, 6d; leg and loin chops, 9d; forequarter. 7d; suet and sausages, 6d ; spring lamb, leg and loin, 1s 8d ; spring lamb, hindquarter, 1s 6d; forequarter, 1s 4d; old kmb forequarter. 7d.
