TEKOA LEAVES BOSTON.—A cable message to the New Zealand Shipping Company reports that the Tekoa left Boston last Saturday for London, en route from Auckland. AO RAN Gl AT SUVA.—En route from Sydney, the local office of the Union Company has been advised that the R.M.M.S. Aorangi arrived at Suva at 8.45 a.m. to-day from Auckland and leaves this afternoon for Honolulu, Victoria and Vancouver. ULIMAROA FOR AUCKLAND. The Huddart-Parker, Ltd., advises that the passenger steamer Ulimaroa leaves Sydney at noon to-day for Auckland, where she is due next Tuesday morning. The Ulimaroa is the only passenger vessel to arrive at New Zealand next week from Sydney. RAVENSCAR SAILS.—Last evening the steamer Ravensear left Auckland for Wellington, thence Lyttelton, to complete her discharge of phosphates, thence she proceeds to Westport for bunkers before proceeding to Fiji to load sugar for the United Kingdom. MAUI POMARE IN PORT.—The Government motor-ship Maui Pomare arrived at Auckland this morning and berthed at the Central Wharf. Spedding, Limited, the local agents, expect to dispatch the vessel from here at 5 p.m. tomorrow for Norfolk Island. DANYBRVN WITH SUGAR.—Although no radio message has been received by Spedding, Limited, the steamer Dauybryn is expected to arrive at Auckland next Monday from Java. The vessel is bringing a cargo of sugar for discharge at Chelsea. KAIWARRA FOR NEWCASTLE.—The local" office of the Union Company has been advised that the collier Kaiwarra arrived at Westport at 10 o’clock this morning and leaves on Monday evening or Tuesday morning for Auckland. After discharge here, the Kaiwarra proceeds to Newcastle to load for this port. WAIKAWA FROM PACIFIC COAST. Due at Auckland next Tuesday from the Pacific Coast via Apia, the Union Company's trans-Pacific cargo steamer Waikawa later proceeds to Nelson, thence Bluff. Melbourne and Sydney to complete discharge.

WAIPAHI DUE TUESDAY.— The local office of the Union Company has been advised by radio that the Island fruit steamer Waipahi is expected to arrive at Auckland on Tuesday from the Cook Islands. Next Friday, October 5. she leaves Auckland for Suva, she will load for this port.

KASAMA LEAVES NEW YORK.— Cabled news has been received by the N.Z. Shipping: Company that the A. and A. Line chartered steamer Kasania left New York last Saturday with general cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The vessel is due at Auckland on October 27. PORT DUNEDIN DUE MONDAY.— Leaving Napier to-morrow evening for Auckland, the C. and D. Line's motorship Port Dunedin is due here on Monday morning to continue her loading, under the agency of Heather, Roberton, Ltd. She sails again next Wednesday lor New Plymouth, thence Wellington, to complete, and is scheduled to clear the latter port on October 17 for London, via Panama. GOLDEN STATE DUE.—Due in the stream at Auckland at 6.30 o’clock this evening from the Pacific Coast ports, the American steamer Golden State will berth to-morrow morning at the Central Wharf to unload the local portion of her cargo, under the agency of Henderson and Macfarlane. From here the vessel proceeds to Wellington and Dunedin to complete discharge. ORIENT LINE STEAM ERS.-Tne Union Company, agents for the Orient Line, advise the following movements of their steamers:— The Osterley. frcm Sydney, was due at London yesterday. The Orama, from Sydney, is due at Colombo on October 3 and at London on October 25. The Orvieto, from London, is due at Fremantle on October 2, end at Sydney on October 11. The Otranto, from London, is due at Colombo on October 6 and at Sydney on October 25. PORT DARWIN'S PASSENGERS.— Heather, Roberton, Limited, have been advised that the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Darwin, which is due at Auckland on October 14 from Liverpool, has the following passengers on board:—For Auckland: Mrs. G. M. Roberton, Mr. C. M. Cress well, Mrs. E. M. Cress well, Mr. W. N. Tangye, Mrs. J. D. Tangye. For Wellington: Miss A. M. Patston, Miss E. Grantham, Mrs. H. Sorenson. For Dunedin: Miss V. Watson. For Sydney: Mr. H. L. Sutton, Mr. W. F. ANTONIO IN PORT.— An arrival in the stream at Auckland at eight o’clock this morning was the steamer Antonio from Casablanca, Morocco, *with a cargo of 7,000 tons of phosphates for discharge at Auckland and Lyttelton. The vessel sailed from the North African port on August 2 last, and after a fine trip arrived at Colon on August 21. The same evening she cleared Balboa and fine weather continued up till yesterday week, September 20, when strong westerly and south-westerly head gales and heavy seas were encountered. On the same day the vessel’s propeller blade was damaged, and she had to continue her wav to port at a speed of three knots. (For further particulars see letter press.) Captain F. Hardwick is in command of the Antonio, and associated with him are the following officers: Chief, Mr M McDougall; second, Mr. S. J. King; third Mr. O. J. Edward; chief engineer, Mr H* E. Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., the local agents for the Antonio, advise that they hope to dispatch the vessel on Wednesday next for Lyttelton to complete the discharge ot her cargo. She left Southampton on August 17, and had fine weather until passing througn the Mons Passage in the Carribean Sea on August 29, when intense heat, cyclonic winds, and heavy rams were encountered until arrival at Colon on September 1. The thermometer had registered from 90 to 92 degrees in tdie shade. The lonic cleared Panama Canal on September 2, and fine weather prevailed up till September 17, the ship av eraging over 13 knots. Then westerly gales and high seas were encountered until arrival at Wellington. Captain A. E. Jackson, who is in command of the lonic, will retire from the sea on the vesesl’s return to London.
