BROTHER TO GOLD BELL

TINGLE, sire of the promising Roiio, was in his younger days a resident of the West Coast, and won his first races there for Mr. W. H. Kitchingham at the period when Harry Gaskill was cleaning up the big Coast handicaps with wearers of the royal blue livery. In 1910 Jingle won the Westport Cup, and six years later was successful in the Dunedin. By Capitalist from Merry Kate, Jingle is full-brother to the wonderful stock producer, Gold Bell, and while he has not left any Gold Jacket’s or Waikaha’s will have one in Rollo that promises to keep his name prominent.
